Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Accountant

with basic experience in industrial or manufacturing accounts. The ideal candidate will manage

day-to-day accounting operations

, maintain accurate records, generate reports, and assist in

financial planning and forecasting

for the company.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily books of accounts in

Visual Catpro

. Record and verify all

sales, purchases, expenses, and payments

accurately. Prepare and file

GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)

and maintain ITC reconciliation. Manage

vendor and customer ledgers

, handle transactions. Prepare

weekly and monthly financial reports

- P&L, cash flow, and expense statements. Assist management with

financial forecasting and budgeting.

Coordinate with auditors, GST consultant, and banks for financial compliance. Maintain proper

filing (digital and physical)

of invoices, challans, and other accounting documents. Reconcile bank accounts, vendor balances, and stock movement reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

3+ years

of experience in accounting (manufacturing industry preferred). Working knowledge of

Visual Catpro / Tally

, GST portal, and Excel. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet monthly deadlines. Basic understanding of factory accounting, inventory, and taxation.
