: VecRas Creations Private Limited is a digital graphics and design company based in Amritsar, Punjab. Here we craft vector cutfile templates, PSD Mockups and other design oriented services. We are looking for a professional who can help us maintain the financial health and compliance of our company.

Job Summary:

The accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, preparing financial reports and ensuring the company's compliance with all legal and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures. Perform regular bank reconciliations using net banking portals and accounting software. Ensure statutory compliance, including the timely filing of GST returns (including knowledge of RCM), TDS, EPF, ESI, and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) contributions.

Qualification and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field. At least

2-3 years

of proven experience in Accounting (

Zoho Books

is a plus. Familiarity with online banking and payment gateways
