Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting in

Zoho Books

. Prepare and reconcile

daily sales, purchases, and expenses

. Manage

Excel imports

, data validation, and reporting. Handle

email-based accounting coordination

with vendors and partners. Perform

bank reconciliations

, journal entries, and payment tracking. Manage accounting for

Amazon, Blinkit, and other online platforms

. Ensure timely

GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

. Prepare monthly

MIS reports

and assist during audits.

Required Skills

Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Imports). Working knowledge of

Zoho Books

is

mandatory

. Familiar with

Amazon Seller Central

and

Blinkit Accounting

. Strong communication and

email management skills

. Detail-oriented, punctual, and diligent in task execution. Sound understanding of general accounting principles.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Commerce / Accounting / Finance

(B.Com / M.Com preferred).

2-4 years of relevant experience

in accounting or finance.
