Maintain day-to-day financial transactions and accounting records (sales, purchases, returns, expenses, etc.).
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and financial statements.
Handle billing, invoicing, and cash flow management.
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts regularly.
Oversee and manage showroom inventory accounting and stock movement.
Ensure proper documentation of purchase orders, supplier invoices, and vendor payments.
Process payroll, staff advances, and maintain employee financial records (if required).
File monthly GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during audits.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely collections and payments.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
Minimum 2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail or showroom operations.
Proficient in accounting software (CATPRO, BUSY etc.).
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation rules.
