Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and file
GST returns
(GSTR-1, GSTR-2, GSTR-3).
Maintain
journal entries
and update
accounting records
.
Handle
cash flow
and
cash management
on a daily basis.
Prepare and process
monthly salaries
and keep payroll records.
Create and manage
financial statements
like
P&L
and
balance sheet
.
Maintain accurate
bookkeeping
records.
Handle
TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)
and make timely payments.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and the finance team.
Ensure all accounting activities follow current tax and company laws.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com or similar)
.
5 to 7 years of experience
in accounting
Good knowledge of
GST
,
TDS
, and the
Indian tax system
.
Must know how to use
accounting software
(like Odoo, etc.).
Good knowledge of advanced Excel formulas (like: Vlookup, Xlookup, Pivot Table, etc.)
Able to work independently and manage deadlines.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
