Manage Receivables:
Keep track of outstanding payments and send reminders or notices for unpaid fees.
Scholarships and Concessions:
Apply discounts, scholarships, and fee concessions to eligible students and maintain accurate records of these adjustments.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare Financial Statements:
Compile periodic financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to present to the school board or management.
Monthly and Year-End Reports:
Manage month-end and year-end financial closing processes, ensuring all income and expenses are accurately accounted for.
Audit Preparation:
Ensure all financial records are ready for internal and external audits, working with auditors to clarify any discrepancies.
Asset and Inventory Management:
Maintain School Assets:
Track and record school assets such as computers, furniture, and equipment, ensuring that they are properly maintained and depreciated.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory for books, supplies, and other essential materials, ensuring proper stock levels.
