Accountant

to manage accounting, data entry, and administrative responsibilities.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented

Accountant

with a B.Com background and 3-5 years of experience in accounting, data entry, costing, and documentation. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Catpro software and experience handling both import and local transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate invoices and maintain accurate billing records Record journal entries and manage daily bookkeeping tasks Perform accurate and timely data entry of financial and operational records Create Proforma Invoices (PIs) and estimates Record local and import purchases with proper documentation Conduct costing for import and local materials Maintain and update price lists for products Cross-check dispatch rates and packing lists Support internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies Coordinate with procurement and logistics for pricing and costing matters

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) & Post Graduate qualification in a relevant field (e.g., M.Com, MBA, PGDM) is preferred. 3-5 years of experience in accounting, data entry, and costing Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation Experience in handling import/export records

Proficiency in Catpro software (mandatory)

Good data entry skills with accuracy and speed Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Salary:

?20,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on experience)
