We are a growing travel agency in Kannur specializing in holiday packages, air ticketing, visa services, and hotel bookings. We are looking for an experienced

Part-Time Accountant

who can independently manage our complete financial accounting and ensure accurate, timely bookkeeping.

Job Overview:



We need a detail-oriented, self-sufficient accountant with experience in the

travel industry

to handle our end-to-end accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in

QuickBooks

and capable of working independently with minimal supervision, supporting our small team and branch manager in maintaining financial health.

Key Responsibilities:



Full-Cycle Accounting:

Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations. Manage ledger entries, journal vouchers, and month-end/year-end closing. Process payroll for staff (if applicable) and manage TDS, GST filings, and other statutory compliance. Prepare monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports for management review. Handle invoice generation, payment reminders, and financial documentation.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.

Preference for candidates with experience in the travel, tourism Industry



Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
