: Part-Time Accountant (2 Years Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and honest

Part-Time Accountant

with a minimum of

2 years of experience

to manage the clinic's financial operations. This role requires handling GST, billing, statutory filings, and supporting audit and financial planning activities. Candidates staying

near Sahakarnagar, Hebbal, Yelahanka, Kodigehalli, or nearby areas

will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate

billing records

, invoices, and receipts for the clinic. Handle

GST preparation, calculation, and monthly/quarterly filing

without delays. Manage

TDS computation, deduction, and filing

on time. Prepare and assist with

audit documentation

, ledger reviews, and compliance reports. Support the management in

financial planning

, budgeting, and cash-flow tracking. Coordinate with CA/audit team whenever required. Ensure

timely submission of all statutory filings

; must not miss deadlines. Maintain confidentiality of all financial documents and data. Work

2 days per month from office

(weekends preferred) for physical record checks and reconciliation. Provide remote support on additional financial tasks when needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree

in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field. Minimum

2 years of hands-on accounting experience

. Strong knowledge of: GST filing TDS filing Billing systems Basic audit preparation Proficiency in tally, accounting software, or Excel. High level of

integrity, accuracy, and reliability

. Should be able to work

on Saturdays and Sundays

as required. Preferably lives

close to Sahakarnagar

for easy monthly office visits.

Work Schedule & Compensation

2 working days per month (from office)

+ additional remote tasks as needed. Compensation based on experience and performance.

Pay: ₹4,596.42 - ₹5,226.90 per month
