Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage all store accounts and financial records.
Record and reconcile daily sales (cash, card, and online transactions).
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including supplier invoices and payments.
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
Manage payroll, employee reimbursements, and tax-related documentation.
Track inventory and control costs of goods sold.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local tax regulations.
Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (retail or food industry preferred).
Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
