Accounting Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts in

Prepare and file
GST returns
in a timely manner.
Prepare and file
TDS returns
and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Handle sales, purchase, payment, and receipt entries.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records.
Assist in preparing monthly/annual financial reports.
Office Coordination Responsibilities
Handle incoming phone calls and maintain communication logs.
Coordinate with different agencies, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Communicate with clients for documentation, updates, and follow-ups.
Follow up for
payment recovery
from clients.
Manage routine office tasks such as filing, documentation, scheduling, and general administrative support.
Assist senior management with daily operational tasks when required.
