Job Description

As a versatile professional, you will handle both accounting and administrative responsibilities for our electronics manufacturing company. Your roles will encompass managing financial records, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting various administrative tasks to keep the business running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and update all financial records, including invoicing, expenses, and bank reconciliations. Prepare basic financial reports and assist with budgeting. Handle accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing. Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering calls, emails, and greeting visitors. Maintain office supplies and organize documents. Support with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and handling correspondence. Ensure compliance with tax and legal requirements.

Qualifications:



Basic understanding of accounting principles and proficiency with accounting software (like Tally, QuickBooks, or similar). Good organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel). Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Prior experience in a small business or manufacturing setting is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,550.75 - ₹17,000.00 per month
