The Chartered Accountant (CA) Firm Candidate is responsible for providing a range of financial and accounting services to clients of the CA firm. This role involves assisting in various audit, taxation, accounting, and advisory tasks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and delivering high-quality financial solutions. Job requirements : Bcom, Mcom, CA inter Skill needed : Articleship, Audit, Book keeping, Chartered Accountant, Finalization, GST, Journal Entry, TDS, Tally, Tax returns, Taxation. Responsibilities : Auditing and Assurance : Conduct financial statement audits. Perform internal audits for control assessment. Provide assurance services for financial credibility. Taxation : Prepare and file tax returns. Advise clients on tax planning strategies. Stay updated on changing tax laws. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements. Analyze financial data for insights. Assist clients in understanding reports. Consulting and Advisory: Offer strategic advice on mergers, valuations, etc. Assist with budgeting and forecasting. Provide guidance on financial management. Management Accounting: Develop cost management systems. Create budgets and variance analyses. Advise on cost reduction strategies. Compliance and Regulation: Ensure client adherence to regulations. Prepare and submit regulatory filings. Communicate regulatory changes to clients. Client Relationship: Build strong client relationships. Act as a trusted financial advisor. Address client concerns and needs. Research and Learning: Stay updated on industry trends. Research accounting standards changes. Continuously learn and improve skills. Team Management: Manage and mentor junior staff. Delegate tasks and oversee work. Foster professional development. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Completion of the Chartered Accountant (CA) program or equivalent qualification. Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and taxation regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications. Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
