Job Summary:

Join a growing CA firm handling unlisted companies, agricultural exports (SSGREENDEAL PVT LTD), and compliance for multiple entities. Manage end-to-end accounting, advanced MIS reporting, and audit support while gaining exposure to MCA filings, GST audits, and client advisory.

Detailed Key Responsibilities:

MIS and Reporting (40% time): Develop monthly/quarterly MIS dashboards in advanced Excel (pivot tables, slicers, dynamic charts, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, basic VBA macros); analyze variances, prepare cash flow forecasts, P&L summaries, debtor/creditor aging reports, and KPI trackers for 20+ clients; automate templates for efficiency and present insights to partners. Accounting Operations (40% time): Oversee Tally ERP9/Prime ledgers for multi-clients: daily bookkeeping, bank/cash reconciliations (100+ transactions/day), vendor invoicing, payroll processing (PF/ESIC deductions), inventory valuation; compute and file GST returns (GSTR-1/3B/9), TDS quarterly (27Q/24Q), advance tax; handle client queries and month-end closings with 100% accuracy. Audit & Compliance Support (20% time): Prepare audit files for statutory/tax audits: vouching samples (500+ entries), trial balance extractions, schedule preparations (fixed assets, loans), Form 3CA/3CB drafts; assist internal reviews per Companies Act/Ind AS, verify export docs (FSSAI/RCMC), and support MCA e-filings (ADT-1, AOC-4).
Required Qualifications & Skills:

B.Com/M.Com graduate; CA Inter cleared or pursuing (articleship completion preferred). Expert in Tally ERP (multi-company setup), advanced Excel (certification advantageous), GST/TDS portals; basic knowledge of MS Word for reports. Proven 1+ years in CA firm; strong analytical skills, attention to detail, client-facing communication, and ability to handle deadlines in fast-paced environment.[8]
Compensation & Benefits:

?18,000-?20,000 PM (based on experience/interview); performance incentives + annual bonus. PF, ESIC, paid leaves; training on latest ICAI updates.
