Accounts Payable/Receivable
: Process subcontractor payments, review contracts, manage vendor invoices, and ensure timely customer billing.
Financial Reporting
: Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), variance analysis, and project-specific reports for management.
Cash Flow
: Manage daily cash, reconcile bank accounts, and forecast financial outcomes.
Compliance
: Ensure adherence to GAAP, tax regulations, and internal financial controls.
Collaboration
: Work with Project Managers, operations, and external auditors for financial insights and support.
Essential Skills:
Strong understanding of construction accounting principles (job costing, WIP).
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Attention to detail to prevent errors and manage complex billing.
