Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting operations. The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and core accountancy principles, along with a solid understanding of accounts compliance. Prior experience in manufacturing or telecommunications industries is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) Maintain accurate records in Tally and Excel for audits and internal reviews Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors for financial reporting Monitor and control accounts payable/receivable and cash flow Assist in cost structuring and financial planning for operational efficiency Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting best practices
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or telecom sectors Proficient in Tally ERP and advanced MS Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards and compliance regulations Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
