Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant who can handle a mix of billing, purchase entry, and inventory responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and be capable of coordinating between accounts, store, and production planning teams.

Key Responsibilities:Accounts & Billing:

Handle daily billing and invoicing for B2B and B2C customers. Record purchase entries in accounting software. Reconcile purchase bills with physical goods received and vendor statements.

Inventory & Store Management:

Verify and receive incoming materials at the factory with proper documentation. Maintain updated stock records of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods. Monitor movement of materials between departments and production units.

Production Planning Coordination:

Maintain stock data of finished products. Based on daily dispatch and stock levels, assist in deciding what products to push next into production. Provide daily stock and consumption reports to the management team.

General Administrative Support:

Support factory operations in day-to-day store and accounts-related coordination. Liaise with vendors for invoice clarifications, material delivery status, and stock shortages.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting or related field. Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or trading company. Knowledge of Tally or other accounting software is essential. Should be familiar with basic Excel (Stock entry, billing, etc.) Good communication and coordination skills. Willingness to work on-site at the factory location.
