CA (Qualified) / CA-Inter / CMA-Inter / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

. 10 years of experience in

accounting, taxation, and audit

. Hands-on experience in

Tally, GST filings, TDS compliance, and finalization of accounts

. Below 40 years Location: Neelangarai, Chennai candidates in and around 10 kms can apply for this position

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

Accounting, TDS, GST, and Statutory Compliance

. Expertise in

Tally ERP / Prime

and advanced

MS Excel

. Good understanding of

Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)

. Analytical mindset with

attention to detail and accuracy

. Ability to work

independently and handle multiple responsibilities

. Strong communication skills to interact with

auditors, consultants, and management

.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Finalization

Independently handle the

entire accounting cycle

up to finalization of accounts. Ensure

accurate preparation of Profit & Loss account, Balance Sheet, and Schedules

. Perform

month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities

. Reconciliation of

bank accounts, debtors, creditors, intercompany accounts, and ledgers

. Ensure compliance with

accounting standards and statutory requirements

.

2. Taxation (Direct & Indirect)

Manage

TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) compliance

- calculation, deduction, return filing, and issuing Form 16/16A. Preparation and filing of

GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return, Reconciliation Statement)

. Handle

input tax credit reconciliation, vendor reconciliations, and GST audits

. Support in

income tax return preparation, advance tax, and assessments

.

3. Audit & Compliance

Liaise with

statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants

. Ensure

timely statutory compliances

- TDS, GST, PF, ESI, PT, ROC filings (as applicable). Maintain all supporting

documents, schedules, and records

for audit purposes.
