To manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Updating in Tally Prime till Finalization of Account for Personal, Trust and Company Account.
2. TDS Working and Payment.
3. GST 1, GSTR 3B Working, Reconciliation and Payment.
4. Mutual Fund Purchase and Sale Entries and documentation work.
5. Bank Payments through Net Banking.
6. Preparation of Invoice in Tally and Word.
7. Admin work related to personal, Trust and Company account.
8. Residential location should be close to Nariman point pin code 400020. No more than 15 km distance and preferably using churchgate station as train travel line.
9. Preparation of TCS and LRS form work, for foreign remittance through bank
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a finance and accounts role.
Skills:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros), PowerPoint. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
Fluent in English
