Job Summary:

We are looking for a

detail-oriented Accountant / Billing Executive

for a spare parts retail shop. The role focuses on

billing, basic accounting entries, GST handling, and daily data preparation

. The ideal candidate must be accurate, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare

daily billing invoices

(cash & credit) Handle

purchase entries, sales entries, and stock-related data

Maintain

basic accounting records

(day book, cash book) Prepare

daily and monthly sales reports

Assist in

GST-related work

: GST invoice preparation Basic GST understanding (CGST, SGST, IGST) Data preparation for GST filing Coordinate with

CA / external accountant

for returns and compliance Maintain

vendor and customer ledgers

Ensure

accuracy in pricing, tax calculation, and data entry

Maintain organized records (physical & digital)

Required Skills & Keywords:

Basic Accounting Knowledge

Billing & Invoicing

GST Basics (Goods & Services Tax)

Data Entry & Data Preparation

Tally / Accounting Software (preferred)

MS Excel / Basic Computer Skills

Retail Accounting Experience

Spare Parts / Inventory Understanding (preferred)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Commerce / Accounting

(preferred) Minimum

1-3 years experience

in retail accounting or billing Experience in

spare parts, auto parts, or hardware retail

is a plus
