Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Duties
Record day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, payments, receipts).
Maintain ledgers, journals, and reconcile accounts regularly.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, follow up on pending payments.
Prepare and maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documents.
Support in preparing MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial summaries.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, and vendors for financial documentation.
Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, contracts, and related documents.
Office Administration Duties
Manage calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the company.
Organize and maintain physical and digital office files and records.
Handle scheduling, meeting arrangements, and calendar management.
Assist with HR-related tasks such as attendance and staff coordination.
Support procurement processes - quotations, vendor coordination, and follow-ups.
Manage office supplies and ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist management and project teams with reports, letters, and presentations.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Business Administration.
1-3 years of experience in accounting and administration (construction/real estate preferred).
Proficiency in
Tally ERP / Busy / Zoho Books
and
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Integrity, punctuality, and ability to meet deadlines.
