Job Location- Andheri west

Key Responsibilities and Expectations:

Account Management:

Managing high-value client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

Sales Strategy:

Developing and executing strategic plans to grow and retain key accounts, often involving complex sales cycles and negotiation.

Relationship Building:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Team Leadership:

Mentoring and guiding junior sales staff, providing support and coaching to achieve targets.

Sales Performance:

Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, closing high-value deals, and contributing to overall sales objectives.

Communication & Negotiation:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and the ability to handle complex client interactions.

Market Research:

Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and inform sales strategies.

Problem Solving:

Addressing complex client issues, resolving conflicts, and finding innovative solutions.

Collaboration:

Working effectively with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and support, to achieve shared goals.

Experience- 4-6 years
