Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and sensible Accountant with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, GST filing, Tally, and import-export transactions. The ideal candidate should be confident, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate high levels of accuracy and professionalism in all financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping Handle full cycle of

GST filing

- GSTR 1, 2A, 3B, and annual returns Prepare and maintain

Tally entries

and reconcile accounts Manage

import & export documentation

and compliance Generate and analyze financial reports, ledgers, and MIS reports Perform

bank reconciliations

, journal entries, and vendor payments Work closely with internal and external auditors Utilize

Advanced Excel

for financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (Income Tax, TDS, etc.) Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide financial insights
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce 3 to 5 years of experience in core accounting roles Proficiency in

Tally ERP

Advanced Excel

GST compliance

Experience with

import/export transactions

and related documentation Strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation laws Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Confident, responsible, and highly organized Ability to work independently with a sense of ownership Attention to detail and high level of integrity
Preferred Skills (Bonus)

Working knowledge of any ERP software Prior experience in handling internal audits or financial forecasting Familiarity with e-invoicing and e-way bills
