Job Summary



Lunkad Gruh nirman Company is looking for an Accountant who is familiar working with Real Estate firms.

(Kindly apply only you have an experience working with real estate firm).

Manage & update all accounting transactions with in time frame.



Ensure timely bank payments.

Prepare & Implement Accounting policies.

Proper Co-ordination with Intra & Inter departments.

Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.

Ensure to update all transaction including Provision of Income & Expenses

Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

Prepared MSME registered Vendors List

Update Fixed Asset Register

Making adjustment Entries in the books

Arrange Internal Audit & complete with in time frame

Ensure various control check in process and assist auditors during audit

Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

Audit financial transactions and documents

Closed books & Process for filing Income Tax Return

ROC Compliance & complete finalization

Coordination with all Department of Branches & Group companies

TDS monthly working, Payment & Quarterly Return filing

GST monthly working, Payment & Return filing, GSTR2A reconciliation

Professional Tax Working, Payment & Annual Return Filing

Advance Tax quarterly working & payment, Self-Assessment Tax working

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
