Job Description

Total Experience :-

5-6 Years ( Manufacturing Industry compulsory)

Criteria :- Male candidate required.

Team Management

: Oversee and manage the accounting and compliance team, ensuring their skill development through training and supervision.

Process Optimization

: Implement systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting processes.

Tax Compliance

: Independently prepare and file various tax returns, including GST and TDS.

Financial Reporting

: Prepare comprehensive financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements, to provide accurate and timely insights.

Transaction Recording

: Accurately record all financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles and reconcile accounts to maintain consistency.

Account Reconciliation

: Conduct monthly and quarterly reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and ledger maintenance.

Management Reporting

: Assist the finance team in preparing various management reports.

Audits

: Coordinate semi-annual audits and actively participate in the audit process under the guidance of the CFO.

Compliance

: Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and accounting principles.

Technical Proficiency

: Demonstrate proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Analytical Skills

: Possess strong analytical skills to identify and resolve accounting issues.

Interpersonal Skills

: Effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
