Job Description

We are looking for a US Accountant to join our team and assist in managing daily accounting operations and compliance tasks for our clients in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks in compliance with US GAAP. Record journal entries, maintain general ledgers, and reconcile bank statements. Support in the preparation of financial reports and month-end closing activities. Manage accounts payable and receivable under supervision. Help with US tax documentation and data preparation for returns. Maintain organized financial records and ensure confidentiality ofdata. Work on accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, or other US-based tools. Communicate with internal teams and clients to ensure accuracy and timely completion of work.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. 0-2 years of experience in accounting (exposure to US accounting preferred). Basic understanding of US GAAP and accounting principles. Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, or willingness to learn. Strong Excel and analytical skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to learn quickly and work in a team-oriented environment.
