The key qualities we would be looking out for in the resource will be as hereunder :

Good at fundamentals of accounting: This is essential for handling tasks like reconciliations, understanding and interpreting data sets.

Conversant with Microsoft Office especially Excel: Proficiency in Excel (including functions like VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data validation) is critical for data analysis, reporting, and general accounting tasks.

Self motivated @ learning new things: The accounting field evolves with new regulations and technologies, so a willingness to learn and adapt is a valuable trait.

Able to deliver on deadlines: Strong time management and organizational skills are crucial to ensure timely reporting and compliance.

Good at communication skills and follow-up: Effective communication is needed for collaborating with team members and for resolving discrepancies.

The job description would be as hereunder :

Data Analysis : Extraction, compilation and interpretation of data

Group Reconciliation : Identifying reconciliation differences and sharing the same with team members

Cost Centre level cash flows : Compilation of historic cash flows from system and collaborating with team members for future cash flows

Review of TB : Review and reporting of BSPL items at prescribed frequencies

Management Reporting : Compilation, review and submission at prescribed frequencies

Qualification & Experience : Graduate with 3-5 years of experience
