Vacancy in one of the Growing Marine and Ship repairs and Ship Construction company in India

Place: MIDC , Andheri , Mumbai

Positions: Senior Accountant (experience with 3 years+ / CA drop out / Experience in marine Industry)

Looking for candidates with good Interpersonal skills, ability to communicate, active learning, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge of Accounting, Income Tax & GST and Tally software.

Experience: ship manufacturing/ Marine industry experience will be preferable. Or Experience under CA will be preferable.

:

Manage day-to-day accounting functions including recording entries, bank reconciliation, stock records, accounts payable/receivable, and periodic finalisation of accounts. Handle billing operations including sales invoicing, delivery documents, E-Way Bills, and maintain accurate documentation for audits. Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, budgeting inputs, and costing summaries; monitor variances and support managerial decisions.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements under Income Tax, TDS, GST and maintain documentation as per Ind AS, Companies Act, and audit standards.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and auditors while providing financial data and support to management.
