Job Opening: Accounts Executive / Accounts & Business Manager

Experience Required: 2-5 Years (Retail / Showroom preferred)

We are looking for a responsible and skilled Accounts Executive who has strong knowledge of accounting as well as business operations. The candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day showroom accounts, financial records, and basic business decision support. Experience in retail/showroom accounting will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance

Maintain daily sales, purchase, and expense records of the showroom

Handle cash and bank transactions, daily cash tally, and reconciliation

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Maintain GST records, sales invoices, purchase bills, and compliance data

Assist in GST returns, TDS, and other statutory filings (with CA support)

Maintain proper stock valuation and inventory accounting

Showroom & Business Operations

Monitor daily sales performance and margins

Track inventory movement, stock ageing, and re-order levels

Coordinate with suppliers regarding payments and outstanding balances

Support management with cost control, pricing analysis, and profitability calculation

Maintain MIS reports for management review

Suggest improvements for business growth and operational efficiency

Administrative Support

Maintain proper documentation and filing

Coordinate with auditors, CA, and bankers when required

Ensure accuracy and transparency in all financial records

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles

Experience in Retail / Showroom Accounting

Working knowledge of GST, invoicing, and compliance

Proficiency in Tally, Busy, or similar accounting software

Good command over MS Excel (reports, calculations, MIS)

Ability to manage day-to-day accounts independently

Basic understanding of business operations and finance planning

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to work independently and take responsibility

Educational Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred

Relevant experience in retail accounting will be highly valued

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
