JOB DESCRIPTIONS OF ACCOUNTANT

Financial Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, including Gross Margin

Analysis, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheets.

Cost Accounting: Calculate product costs, analyze cost variances (actual vs.

standard), and manage overhead allocation.

Inventory Management: Track inventory valuation, raw materials, WIP (Work-in-

Progress), and finished goods, ensuring accuracy for costing and reporting.

Ledger Scrutiny, Sales & Purchase Entry, Reconciliation of Banks, Vendors &

Customers Accounts, Issue of Debit/Credit Notes, GST Compliance, TDS Compliance

and Handling Internal & Statutory Auditors.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budget creation, expense management, and

financial planning for production.

Operational Support: Provide financial insights to production, operations, and

management teams to drive efficiency.

Compliance & Audits: Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and assist

with internal/external audits.

System Management: Work with IT on ERP system issues and use software for data

analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.

Experience: 5years Experience in manufacturing or cost accounting.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, Excel, ERP

systems (e.g.,ODOO,).

Core Competencies: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving,

communication, understanding of Indian GAAP
