who provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company's finances.

Preparing financial statements and reporting are a large part of the day-to-day work. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail.

Full job description

Assist in maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts. Post journal entries to the accounting system. Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. Assist in processing accounts payable invoices and payments. Help manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and follow-up on overdue accounts. Help in preparing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes. Enter financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets. Maintain accurate and organized financial records. Assist in gathering documents and preparing information for tax filings. Help with GST returns and other tax-related matters. Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve any discrepancies in payments or invoices.
