Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible

Accountant

to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, compliance tasks, and reporting for Hiray Media and Technology Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally ERP, TDS, GST, and general accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in

Tally ERP

Prepare and manage

sales, purchase, payment, receipt

, and

journal entries

Handle

TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing

Assist in

GST working

, reconciliation, and filing coordination Manage

accounts payable and receivable

Prepare

monthly financial reports

(P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow) Maintain vendor and client ledger reconciliation Handle

bank reconciliation

and cash book management Support in audit activities and provide required documents Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

M.Com or equivalent qualification Minimum

2 years of accounting experience

Strong knowledge of

Tally ERP

, TDS, and basic GST working Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred) Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
