Position: Accountant

Location: Waluj MIDC Chh. Sambhajinagar

Requisites:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience: 1-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (modify as needed).

(Experience with accounting software)

Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).

Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and general ledger entries.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Process payroll or assist in payroll calculations (if applicable).

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and prepare tax filings.

Support audits by preparing required documentation and reports.

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in accordance with company policies.

Identify discrepancies and recommend improvements to financial systems.
