Financial record keeping:
Recording all transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling general ledgers.
Financial statement preparation:
Compiling and analyzing data to prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
Regulatory compliance:
Ensuring all financial activities comply with Indian laws and regulations, including filing GST returns, handling income tax, and liaising with authorities and auditors.
Payroll and payments:
Processing payroll accurately, managing payments, and ensuring timely disbursement to vendors.
Analysis and reporting
Financial analysis:
Examining financial discrepancies, analyzing costs, and providing insights into financial performance to help management make data-driven decisions.
Budgeting and forecasting:
Monitoring budgets, managing cash flows, and assisting in financial forecasting.
Strategic support and auditing
Strategic consultation:
Advising management on financial strategy, cost reduction, and other financial actions to increase profits.
Auditing:
Facilitating statutory and internal audits, implementing internal controls, and preparing financial documentation for audits.
