Manage and oversee all accounting transactions.
Handle monthly closing activities and ensure accuracy in financial records.
Ensure timely bank payments and maintain banking documentation.
Perform general accounting tasks and maintain accounting ledgers.
Maintain proper documentation and perform clerical duties related to finance and accounts.
Record day-to-day expenses, purchases, and material deliveries in the system.
Maintain and track company documents such as proposals, purchase orders, invoices, and ensure quick retrieval when required.
Manage direct and advance payment documents, bank deposits, vendor payments, and perform bank reconciliations.
Process travel vouchers and maintain employee reimbursement records.
Manage daily petty cash transactions and maintain related reports.
Maintain books of accounts up to finalization.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com).
Knowledge of GST and related compliance.
Strong proficiency in
MS Excel
and
MS Office
.
Hands-on experience with
Tally
ERP.
Good organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
