Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting & Data Entry Executive to manage day-to-day accounts, maintain accurate records, and support business documentation for export and domestic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

o

Record daily purchase, sales, and expense entries in accounting software (Tally or Excel).

o

Handle data entry for invoices, quotations, and shipment documents.

o

Reconcile bank statements, vendor bills, and customer payments.

o

Maintain accurate financial and inventory records.

o

Assist in preparing GST and export-related documents.

o

Coordinate with the sales and logistics team for billing and documentation updates.

o

Prepare monthly reports and support management in financial tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

o

Graduate in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.

o

1-3 years of experience in accounting or data entry (export/import experience is a plus).

o

Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and MS Office.

o

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

o

Basic knowledge of GST, invoices, and reconciliation.

o

Good communication and organizational skills.
