Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

day-to-day accounting operations

including purchase, sales, receipts, and payments. Maintain

Tally / ERP entries

for all financial transactions. Prepare and verify

GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance

. Manage

accounts payable and receivable

, reconciliation of bank and vendor accounts. Prepare

monthly profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports

. Handle

inventory accounting

for gold, silver, diamonds, and other raw materials. Assist in

audit preparation

and coordinate with external auditors. Maintain

petty cash records

and employee expense statements. Support management with

financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control reports

.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in

Commerce / Accounting / Finance

.

Proficiency in Tally ERP / MS Excel

(advanced level preferred). Knowledge of

GST, TDS, and accounting standards

. Experience in

inventory and weight-based accounting (gold / jewellery)

preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred:

Prior experience in

gold / jewellery manufacturing or trading

companies. Knowledge of

gold issue-return entries

, and

making charge calculations
