Handle accounting entries, documentation, and financial record management.
Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups.
Assist with GST, TDS, and reconciliation tasks in coordination with the accounts team.
Maintain inventory and financial reports.
Manage email communication, vendor coordination, and office accounts administration.
Requirements:
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic accounting software (e.g., Tally).
Experience in accounting or back-office roles preferred.
Minimum Qualification: HSC or Graduate (Commerce background preferred).
