Job Overview:

We are looking for an Account Assistant to join our team to provide support to the finance and accounting department. The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of accounting entries, working knowledge of accounts, basic knowledge of TDS and GST, and good coordination skills.

Responsibilities:

Assisting the finance and accounting department with day-to-day tasks Coordinating with reporting manager for financial reports and statements Handling accounting entries for purchases, sales, expenses, and revenue Maintaining records and filing documents related to accounting transactions Preparing bank reconciliations and handling petty cash Handling vendor payments, invoices, and account reconciliation Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures Preparing and managing bills and receipts Providing administrative support to the finance and accounting department Other duties as assigned by the reporting manager

Requirements

:

Good understanding of accounting entries and basic knowledge of TDS and GST Clear working knowledge of accounts Well-versed with MS Word, MS Excel, and Tally ERP Ability to work independently and with a team Must be a quick learner with attention to detail Excellent communication and coordination skills Have ability to learn technologies like artificial intelligence
