Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Accountant

to independently manage the complete accounting operations of Wellness Vibe LLP.
This is a

single-window accounts role

, ideal for someone who can take ownership of financial processes -- from daily bookkeeping to compliance coordination -- while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and transparency in all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Financial Management

Maintain daily accounting entries in

Tally/ERP

.

Manage accounts receivable and payable -- invoices, vendor bills, reimbursements, and follow-ups.

Track customer payments, petty cash, and bank reconciliations.

Generate periodic MIS reports (weekly/monthly) related to accounts and finance.

2. Compliance & Coordination

Prepare and share

GST

,

TDS

, and

Profession Tax

data with the Chartered Accountant.

Support in compliance documentation and audit requirements.

Coordinate with the

CA

for statutory filings and reconciliation.

3. Admin & HR Support

Assist HR with

attendance data

,

employee reimbursements

, and

payroll support

.

Manage office-related documentation, vendor coordination, and administrative payments.

Who You Are (Requirements)

Education:

B.Com / M.Com

Experience:

2-5 years in accounting and finance

Skills:

o Proficiency in

Tally/ERP

and

MS Excel

o Working knowledge of

GST, TDS, and statutory compliances

o Strong organizational, follow-up, and coordination skills

o Integrity, reliability, and ability to work independently
