Job Summary:
The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities, including handling invoices, maintaining ledgers, reconciling accounts, monitoring payments, and ensuring accuracy in inventory and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of hospitality operations, and the ability to synchronize financial data across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including daily sales, purchases, and expenses.
Track and reconcile supplier invoices, vendor payments, and customer receipts.
Oversee inventory-related accounting -- ensure all inward and outward stock entries are reflected in the system.
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, ledgers, and reconciliation reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Coordinate with the kitchen, store, and management teams to ensure accurate cost control and inventory valuation.
Maintain and update accounting systems to ensure data accuracy and smooth synchronization between departments.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking for operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with taxation, GST filings, and statutory regulations.
Provide financial insights and reports to management for decision-making.
