Position Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented

Accountant

to manage all day-to-day accounting operations using

Zoho Books

. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, be proactive in handling GST filings, and ensure all financial records are up to date and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain complete accounts on

Zoho Books

, including sales, purchase, and expense entries. Prepare and manage

GST filings

accurately and ensure timely submission before due dates. Reconcile and

map all bank statements

regularly. Create and track

delivery challans

, invoices, and receipts. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and the sales team for financial documentation. Maintain proper filing and digital record-keeping of all financial transactions. Generate financial reports and assist in monthly/annual closing.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role. Hands-on experience with

Zoho Books

(or similar accounting software). Strong understanding of

GST

,

TDS

, and general accounting principles. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
