Marcon Signage Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, including the creation of invoices, e-way bills, planning payments and receivables, and overseeing all financial activities to ensure smooth operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage invoices and e-way bills in compliance with applicable regulations.
Plan and schedule payments and receivables, ensuring timely processing.
Monitor and oversee the company's financial activities and transactions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Prepare financial reports and statements as required.
Manage payroll and employee reimbursements.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Provide support during financial planning and analysis.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial and tax regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software such as TALLY and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with e-way bills and other financial documentation.
