Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update accounts using
Tally ERP
and
Zoho Books/Accounts
.
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including
ledger management, bank reconciliation, accounts payable & receivable, and payroll processing
.
Prepare
financial statements, balance sheets, P&L statements, and monthly/quarterly/year-end reports
.
Ensure compliance with
tax regulations, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
.
Monitor and manage cash flows, budgets, and forecasts.
Assist in internal and external audits and provide necessary documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for smooth financial operations.
Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in accounting, preferably with exposure to
Tally ERP and Zoho Accounts
.
Strong understanding of
Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations
.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and other accounting tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail with high integrity and confidentiality.
