to join our finance team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and assist in compliance with statutory requirements such as GST and TDS.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounting records including
sales, purchase, banking, and general ledger entries
.
Prepare and manage
invoices
and ensure timely recording of all transactions.
Perform
bank reconciliation
and manage petty cash.
Calculate, prepare, and file
TDS returns
accurately and on time.
Assist in the preparation and filing of
GST returns
.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Collaborate with management for financial reporting and audits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience
in accounting or finance roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
Strong knowledge of
TDS, GST, and invoicing processes
.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in
Commerce / Accounting / Finance
.
Preferred:
Familiarity with local accounting compliance in Nagpur.
Local candidates are preferred
