8. Roles and responsibilities

Daily Accounting Entries like sales, purchase, receipt, payments.

Preparation of Balance of sheet till P&L a/c.

E-Way Bill and E-Invoicing in GST.

GST Entries and GST Reconciliation of Books of Accounts with GSTR 2B.

GST & TDS return filing

Expense & Payment booking entries in tally.

Bank reconciliation.

Prepare monthly statements of TDS and GST payable.

Prepare TDS Calculation.

MIS Reports weekly or monthly basics.

Handle petty cash.

Vendor payments & Coordinate with the vendor related payments.

Coordinate with the department for payments and other routine tasks.

Other reports as required and tasks as may be assigned.
