Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our clinic's financial records, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and support our growing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare or service-based accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure timely filing of taxes and compliance with relevant laws and regulations Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Maintain accurate financial records and support internal/external audits Coordinate with management to improve financial processes and reporting. Maintain in clinic pharmacy accounting and stocks
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA certification preferred Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
