Role Summary:

We are looking for a

detail-oriented and experienced Accountant

to manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, and inventory responsibilities. This is a full-time, in-office role for candidates based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily accounting entries in

Tally ERP

and

Excel

Managing

GST filings

,

TDS returns

, and

reconciliations

Handling

bank books

,

cash books

, and

ledger maintenance

Generating

invoices

,

credit notes

, and

debit notes

Preparing

monthly and quarterly financial reports

Stock & inventory management

, including inward/outward entries Maintaining

sales/purchase registers

Coordinating with CA for audits, ROC filings, and compliance Documentation for

exports/imports

, including shipping bills and invoices

Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com or CA Inter preferred Minimum 2-4 years of experience in accounting Proficient in

Tally

,

Excel

, and basic accounting principles Familiar with

GST

,

TDS

, and

export documentation

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Prior experience in the

jewelry/diamond industry

is a plus (but not mandatory)

Work Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM (Full-time, in-office)
