Job Title: Accountant

Location: Bavdhan , Pune

About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team. In this role, you'll be handling key operational and communication tasks such as purchase order (PO) generation, invoice processing, BOQ management, and client/vendor coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, proficient in Excel, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and on time Handle both purchase and sales invoices, ensuring timely documentation and processing Manage email communications with internal teams, vendors, and clients Work with BOQs (Bill of Quantities), ensuring alignment with project and purchase requirements Maintain and update data in Excel spreadsheets and internal systems Support the finance and procurement team with administrative tasks Coordinate with different departments to ensure workflow efficiency Create & maintain balance sheet

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar coordination or admin/accounts support role Solid understanding of invoice handling, PO process, and BOQ documentation Strong command of MS Excel (e.g., formulas, formatting, basic analysis) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and ability to work independently
