Job Description

Location: Thane (Cadbury Junction)

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 am - 7:30 pm.

Responsibilities:

-Verify and process daily revenue entries

-Generate e-invoices for sales

-Record daily expenses and maintain associated documents

-Input daily bank entries into the accounting system

-Compile and approve payout lists based on aging

-Reconcile customer and vendor accounts monthly

-Prepare debtors and creditors aging reports

-Execute month-end and year-end closing processes

-Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and tax audits

-Prepare management reports and regional Profit and Loss statements

-Identify and implement process enhancements for efficiency.

Requirements:

-Graduation / Post-graduation with 2-4 years of accounting experience

-Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel

-Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and laws

-Experience in GST & TDS return filings and reconciliations

-Excellent time-management and multitasking skills
